These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of any T.H.I.C. products. By using this website, placing an order, joining our email/SMS list, purchasing a product, or participating in any T.H.I.C. offer, you agree to the terms below.

1. Company Information

T.H.I.C. — The Hair Increase Club sells all-natural scalp + hair oil products and related hair care products, offers, content, support, and education.

2. Product Description

T.H.I.C. is an all-natural scalp + hair oil designed to support a consistent 90-day hair care protocol.

T.H.I.C. is currently made with 17 essential oils, 6 natural oils, and Vitamin E.

T.H.I.C. is best used as an overnight scalp + hair oil treatment.

It is for scalp and hair use.

It is not a leave-in styling oil.

It may be used by both men and women. For women, it may be understood as similar to an overnight hair oiling treatment, hair mask, or deep conditioning treatment, but oil-based and scalp-focused.

T.H.I.C. is not currently intended for beard or facial use.

3. No Medical Claims

T.H.I.C. is a cosmetic hair and scalp oil.

T.H.I.C. is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or reverse any disease, medical condition, or form of hair loss.

T.H.I.C. is not a prescription product, drug, medical treatment, or replacement for professional medical advice.

Results vary from person to person.

Statements on this website, in emails, SMS messages, social media posts, testimonials, graphics, or product materials are for general informational and educational purposes only.

If you have a medical condition, scalp condition, allergy, skin sensitivity, are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, using prescription hair products, using Minoxidil, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, please speak with a qualified professional before using T.H.I.C. or changing your routine.

Do not stop using any medication, prescription, or treatment based on anything on this website.

4. Product Use

T.H.I.C. should be used according to the instructions provided on the website, product label, emails, or customer support materials.

General use:

Apply at night.
Use on dry or slightly damp hair.
Apply to scalp and hair.
Massage into scalp and hair.
Blow-dry if desired.
Let sit overnight.
Wash out in the morning if needed or preferred.
Use consistently.

T.H.I.C. is for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not apply T.H.I.C. to the face, beard, lips, broken skin, irritated skin, or freshly shaved skin.

Because T.H.I.C. contains natural oils and essential oils, it may leave oil marks on pillowcases, clothing, furniture, towels, or other fabrics. Customers are responsible for protecting bedding, clothing, and personal items from oil transfer.

We recommend using a towel over your pillow on treatment nights if your hair feels oily before bed.

5. Allergies, Sensitivities, and Patch Testing

T.H.I.C. contains essential oils, natural oils, and Vitamin E.

Some people may be sensitive or allergic to natural oils, essential oils, botanicals, fragrances, or other ingredients.

Before using T.H.I.C., you are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and deciding whether the product is appropriate for you.

We recommend doing a small patch test before full use.

Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours.

Do not use T.H.I.C. if redness, itching, burning, irritation, rash, discomfort, or any unexpected reaction occurs.

Discontinue use immediately if you experience irritation, rash, burning, discomfort, allergic reaction, or any unexpected reaction. Seek medical advice if needed.

T.H.I.C. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, or failure to review ingredients before use.

7. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and shipping address.

You authorize T.H.I.C. and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout.

T.H.I.C. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, shipping restrictions, stock issues, or misuse of the website.

8. Founder Pack

The T.H.I.C. Founder Pack is the main launch offer.

Founder Pack details, bonuses, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

Any bonus items are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or removed at T.H.I.C.’s discretion.

9. Add-On Founder Packs

After purchasing a Founder Pack, customers may be offered the option to add extra Founder Packs before their order ships.

Add-On Founder Packs are one-time purchases.

They are not subscriptions.

Add-On offers may be available for a limited time only and may not be available after leaving the checkout flow.

Add-On Founder Packs may include no additional shipping charge when shipped with the original order, where applicable.

10. Founder Auto-Ship

Founder Auto-Ship is optional.

If selected, Founder Auto-Ship allows customers to receive recurring T.H.I.C. shipments after the initial 90-day protocol period.

Founder Auto-Ship starts 90 days after purchase.
You are billed $0 today for Founder Auto-Ship.
The current 1-bottle Founder Auto-Ship rate is $99.75 CAD/month.
This is 25% off the regular bottle price.
Free shipping is included within Canada.
You may cancel anytime.
If you cancel, you lose your founder rate.

Founder Auto-Ship pricing, availability, and terms may change for future customers. If you cancel your Founder Auto-Ship and later choose to restart, the same founder rate may no longer be available.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription and requesting cancellation before the next billing date.

11. Shipping

Free shipping is included within Canada for qualifying T.H.I.C. orders.

All orders usually arrive within 1–2 weeks after the order has been placed.

Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order is on the way.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you are outside Canada, please email [email protected] before ordering so we can confirm shipping options and pricing for your country.

International shipping pricing may vary by country.

Do not place an order from outside Canada until shipping has been confirmed by support.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges required by their country, unless otherwise stated in writing by T.H.I.C.

T.H.I.C. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, import processing, or events outside our control.

12. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

13. 14-Day Unopened Bottle Return Policy

The 14-day unopened bottle return policy applies to Founder Pack purchases only.

If you decide T.H.I.C. is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery by emailing:

To qualify for a refund:

You must request the return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Only unopened, unused, sealed bottles are eligible for refund.
Opened, used, partially used, empty, damaged, or unsealed bottles are not eligible for refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
All return requests must be approved by T.H.I.C. before products are sent back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Returns must be sent using tracked shipping.
Customers must provide the tracking code so the return can be confirmed.

Once the approved returned products are received and confirmed, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds apply only to the eligible unopened product portion of the purchase price.

For Founder Pack refunds, each full-size bottle is assigned an equal refund value based on the Founder Pack purchase price divided by the number of full-size bottles included in the order.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import fees are non-refundable.

Shipping within Canada may be included with the Founder Pack. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

T.H.I.C. is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or sent without tracking.

14. Refund Policy Limitations

The 14-day unopened bottle return policy applies only to eligible Founder Pack purchases.

Refunds do not apply to:

Opened bottles
Used bottles
Partially used bottles
Empty bottles
Unsealed bottles
Damaged returned products
Shipping fees
Return shipping costs
Customs fees
Import fees
Duties
Tariffs
Brokerage fees
Lost return shipments
Products not returned with tracking
Refund requests made after 14 days from confirmed delivery
Products purchased from unauthorized sources

Refund eligibility may be denied if a customer abuses the refund policy, makes fraudulent claims, refuses to return eligible products, returns opened or used products, sends products back without approval, or does not follow the return instructions.

15. Returns

All return requests must be approved by T.H.I.C. before sending products back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for packaging returned bottles securely.

Only unopened, unused, sealed bottles approved under the 14-day unopened bottle return policy are eligible for refund.

16. Testimonials, Photos, and Results

Customer photos, testimonials, reviews, messages, videos, and progress updates may reflect individual experiences.

They are not guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

If you submit photos, testimonials, written reviews, videos, voice notes, or other content to T.H.I.C., you grant T.H.I.C. permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and share that content for marketing, educational, promotional, social media, website, advertising, and business purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.

You confirm that any testimonial or content you provide is truthful and based on your honest experience.

17. Private Groups and Community Access

Founder Pack customers may receive access to a private T.H.I.C. member group.

The group is provided as a support and education resource.

T.H.I.C. may remove members from the group for spam, abuse, harassment, false claims, disrespectful behavior, medical misinformation, promotion of unrelated products, or violation of community standards.

Private group access is a bonus and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.

18. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, videos, designs, testimonials, branding, and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to T.H.I.C.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or use T.H.I.C. content without written permission.

19. User Conduct

Submit false information
Commit fraud

If a pricing or product error occurs, T.H.I.C. reserves the right to cancel, correct, or refund the order.

Published pricing and offer details should be kept accurate and consistent across the website, checkout, emails, SMS, chatbot, support scripts, and sales materials.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T.H.I.C. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, purchase of products, product use, shipping delays, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with results, inability to access the website, or reliance on website content.

T.H.I.C.’s total liability for any claim related to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
